Due to my previous miscarriages, I was advice againest any form of excercise during my 1st Trimester. So I went around looking for Prenatal Yoga classes the attend the moment I hit week 12.
I went for a trial at Masters Yoga last Thurs (05 Jun), though I found the instructor good I was a little concern about the lack of classes and the location (Tanjong Pagar). Thus I decided to go for another trial at a different studio before I commit myself to any packages.
Yesterday (Sun 08 Jun), I went for the trial class at Como Shamhala and I was blown away by the studio the moment I stepped in. It was really spacious and looks very clean and tranquil. The instructor also seems to be very experienced in teaching Yoga to expecting mummys and so I decided to sign up for a block of 10 lessons with them.
